ViewSonic Support answer

After one mail and two phone calls I've now the information, that this issue can not be solved by myself AND it will still be there in the upcoming release, which will be released this month.

They will report the problem to Asia for development reasons... Thanks to all tried to help me. Last attemp is now the APAR.
